Shaw Farm Dairy: Reviews & Ratings
Awesome little farm/market. They had a lot of unique and homemade food and drink. I got the banana milk, which was awesome. Also got an apple cider donut cut in half with frosting in the middle. Never saw that before. They also have plenty of ice cream, and cows out back. It’s nice that it’s not that touristy like most places like this nowadays
It was our first time visiting this farm dairy. I really loved everything here. We went to check if we could buy organic farm fresh milk for our kids and this entire store was filled with all organic farm fresh items. Worth shopping here. I loved their milk, ice creams (maple walnut especially), honey. We made curd with the milk we bought here and I must say , it tasted so amazing just like how my mom used to make back in my country. Definitely, there's a big difference between regular market milk and farm fresh milk. Definitely recommend : farm fresh organic milk for kids especially here.
The very best chocolate milk you will ever drink! Awesome staff, quality& fresh products along with its a very clean store/ice cream shop! Definitely a staple in Dracut you must visit every time you vacation in Mass!!
“I had a great experience with this business. The environment was welcoming and comfortable, and the staff was very courteous and professional. Everything was well-organized, and the quality of service matched the price. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend it. Four stars!”
Fresh milk and ice cream will always be a winner. I love the old glass bottles it gives me a nostalgia I think many people long for. Very very pricey but the atmosphere and staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Delicious ice cream and variety of fresh dairies. They accept cash only for icecream, they have ATM in store. Outside seats with quite and cute area behind.
Local dairy farm with good milk and ice cream. Stopped here on my way back from NH. It’s a bit of a detour from I-93, but after being sold on a banana milk latte at a nearby café that used their milk, I had to check it out. The farm store itself was what I expected—house-produced dairy, ice cream, plus frozen meats from other local farms. Prices leaned a bit high, so I stuck with milk, ice cream, and a bag of maple popcorn (sourced from another NH farm). Their ice cream pints show up in grocery stores, but I wanted the cash-only stand experience. No lines when I went (unlike the bigger names in Northshore), and the flavor list wasn’t huge, but everything I tried was really good. They don’t push experimental flavors, but the cherry vanilla (whatever its exact name) was some of the best ice cream I’ve had recently. Smooth, creamy, and rich without the heaviness. Not the flashiest dairy farm around, but worth the stop if you’re nearby and want quality milk or a classic scoop.
I've been going to shaw farm when I can for a few years now. They have such an amazing bakery, the shakes are incredible at the ice cream stand, and they have such a good wide variety of local food products. Some of my personal favorites are the PB cookies, yogurt pretzels, Asiago bagles, peach jam (yes I put the jam on the bagles its phenomenal), and the banana milk. They have so many goodies year round and they never disappoint. If you're in town totally check them out it's a must.
